Classes
EventTypeRegistry	Maps event identifier URIs to the payload types that model them, and deserializes payloads through that map.
UnknownEventPayload	The payload of an event whose type is not registered, carried as raw JSON.

Interfaces
IEventPayload	Marks a type as the payload of an event statement (RFC 8417 Section 2: the "payload" is the JSON object paired with an event identifier inside the "events" claim).
IEventPayloadPolicy	What a deployment refuses to emit. An event vocabulary's base specification says what a payload MAY carry; a profile a deployment claims can demand more of the same payload, and this is where that extra demand is stated.
