## InMemoryEventOutbox Class

The process\-local outbox: right for a single\-instance transmitter and for tests\. Undelivered
events die with the process \- a transmitter that owes durability registers a durable

Removes acknowledged SETs from a stream's queue, releasing the transmitter from
